By engaging Axerio Automation ("we", "us", "our") for any service — including wedding website design and development, AI automation consulting, or any related service — you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not engage our services.
Axerio Automation designs and develops custom wedding invitation and information websites across four tiers: Essential, Signature, Prestige, and Elite. Each tier's features are described in our Pricing & Packages documentation and any agreed proposal.
Axerio Automation designs, builds, and maintains custom AI-powered workflow automations for businesses, including chatbots, lead qualification pipelines, document processing, knowledge bases, and reporting dashboards.
Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a written proposal or Statement of Work. These Terms govern all such engagements.
Wedding Website Projects: 50% deposit required before work begins; 50% balance due upon site delivery before the live URL is handed over.
AI Automation Projects: 50% deposit before work begins; 25% at mid-project milestone; 25% upon final delivery and sign-off.
Monthly Retainers: Billed on the 1st of each month, due within 7 days. Services suspended if payment is more than 14 days overdue.
Invoices unpaid after the due date may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated. The Client is responsible for any taxes applicable in their jurisdiction.
You agree to provide required content by agreed deadlines, provide timely feedback within review periods, ensure you have rights to all submitted content, and designate a primary contact person.
Wedding Websites include 2–3 revision rounds depending on tier. AI Automation projects include revisions within agreed scope. Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate.
Upon receipt of full payment, you own all custom design work and content specific to your project. Axerio Automation retains ownership of underlying code frameworks, tools, and templates. We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before commencement.
You warrant that you own or are licensed to use all content you provide, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
You agree not to use our Services to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property, distribute spam or malware, collect data without consent, harass any individual, or engage in fraudulent practices. We reserve the right to suspend services for violations.
Wedding websites are deployed to Vercel or an agreed hosting provider. Uptime is subject to the hosting provider's service levels. Wedding websites remain live for 6 months after the wedding date. At least 14 days' notice will be given before any scheduled takedown.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the project.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, or for issues caused by third-party services.
We warrant that we will perform services with reasonable skill and care, and that deliverables will materially conform to agreed specifications. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, nor specific business outcomes.
By Client: You may terminate at any time by written notice. Payments already made are non-refundable. Outstanding balances for work completed remain payable.
By Us: We may terminate if you breach these Terms and fail to remedy within 7 days, fail to pay within 14 days of due date, or engage in abusive behaviour toward our team.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then mediation before any legal proceedings.
These Terms, together with any proposal, SOW, and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Axerio Automation. They supersede all prior communications.
