Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Axerio Automation, we put significant time, effort, and custom work into every project from day one. Because of this, our refund policy reflects the real costs incurred at each stage.

We are committed to delivering quality work and resolving any concerns before a refund becomes necessary. If you are unhappy with anything, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved.

2. Wedding Website Services

2.1 Deposit (50% of project value)

The deposit paid at project start is non-refundable once work has commenced. "Work has commenced" means any of the following has occurred:

  • We have begun designing or configuring your website
  • We have sent you a questionnaire or onboarding materials
  • We have had a project kickoff call or communication exchange specific to your project

Reason: The deposit covers our time for project setup, design work, and resources provisioned for your project.

2.2 Balance Payment (50% due on delivery)

If you cancel after the deposit has been paid but before the final site is delivered:

  • The deposit is forfeited (non-refundable)
  • No balance payment is due
  • Partial work completed up to that point will not be delivered

If you cancel after the completed site has been delivered:

  • Both deposit and balance are non-refundable
  • The site will be taken offline within 30 days unless a hosting extension is purchased

2.3 Post-Delivery Issues

If the delivered site does not match the agreed specifications: we will fix any genuine mismatches at no additional cost within the included revision rounds. Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind or requests outside the original scope.

2.4 Cancellation by Axerio Automation

If we cancel without cause, we will refund all payments corresponding to work not yet completed. Completed and delivered work is retained by the Client.

3. AI Automation Agency Services

3.1 Deposit (50% of project value)

Non-refundable once work has commenced, for the same reasons stated above.

3.2 Milestone Payments

Each milestone payment is non-refundable once that milestone has been delivered and accepted (or after 7 days without written objection).

If you cancel mid-project:

  • Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable
  • The unused portion of future milestones will not be charged
  • Partial deliverables from an incomplete milestone provided at our discretion

3.3 Monthly Retainer Agreements

  • Retainers are billed monthly in advance
  • Cancellation accepted with 30 days' written notice
  • The current month's retainer is non-refundable
  • No charge for months following the notice period

4. How to Request a Cancellation

Email phase-one@axerioautomation.com with your name, project name, and reason. We respond within 3 business days. For deliverable quality concerns, email phase-one@axerioautomation.com first — we always try to resolve issues before any cancellation.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend all services immediately, take down any hosted websites, and provide evidence of services rendered to the payment provider. Please contact us first — most issues can be resolved directly.

6. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances (serious illness, family emergency, or force majeure), we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis with compassion and flexibility. Please contact us at phase-one@axerioautomation.com.
