As a client: Full name, email address, phone number, business name, payment information (processed via third-party processors — we never store card details), and project details.
As a wedding website guest (visiting a client's site): Name, email address, number of guests, meal preferences, song requests, guestbook messages, and other information submitted via forms.
When you visit our websites, we may automatically collect IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and session timestamps via server logs and analytics tools.
We use collected information to: deliver and manage our Services, communicate about your project, process payments, store guest form submissions on behalf of wedding clients, improve our platform, comply with legal obligations, and respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
All platform data is stored in our MongoDB Atlas database cluster hosted on cloud infrastructure, with dedicated databases for each service type.
We implement HTTPS encryption in transit, API key authentication, rate limiting on public forms, honeypot spam protection, hashed credential storage, and access controls.
